Returns and Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, will gladly accept returns on eligible items* in new and unused condition, with tags intact and packaging included within 30 days of the order shipment date for a full store credit minus shipping fees. Shipping fees on your initial order are non-refundable.

Store Credits will be honored within 5 days after we receive the item.

Playa Ibiza Surf Shop will not be responsible for all freight charges in relation to the return of items. Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning items.

*For hygienic reasons will not refund or exchange all women swimsuit (Top & Bottoms), Mens underwear and socks*

*Items ineligible for return are marked as Final Sale on the product page*

You must be the original purchaser and be able to provide an order number, or account email address. Please include packaging slip.
